HCSRN 2025 Conference Registration Information

Conference Location: Marriott St. Louis Grand Hotel, St. Louis, Missouri

Registration is open!

Early-bird registration is October 1st through February 21st.
Standard registration is February 22nd through March 17th.
Late registration is March 18th through onsite in St. Louis.

New Registration Category: Vendor / Contractor – an individual or company which provides products or services to one of HCSRN’s member institutions. Sole proprietors or individuals employed by the company providing products or services are not considered employees of the HCSRN member institution and must register using the vendor/contractor category. To be eligible for consideration for the HCSRN member registration rate, a contractor must have HCSRN member credentials including an email address for the HCSRN member organization and must register with that address.
